The Consciousness Journey Workshop is a 2-day experiential program that builds self-awareness, emotional balance, and authentic workplace relationships. Using Transactional Analysis psychology, music interventions, and sound-based practices, participants gain insight into their inner patterns and interpersonal dynamics. The program equips employees with practical tools for mindful communication, emotional regulation, and professional presence at work.

Training Objective
To build self-aware, emotionally balanced professionals who can communicate responsibly, relate authentically and demonstrate a confident professional presence at work through practical psychological tools and experiential learning.

- Enhance focus, emotional balance and well-being using Sound healing and Brain Entrainment.
- Strengthen self-compassion practices to reduce internal conflict and increase resilience.
- Demonstrate authentic behaviours that foster trust, collaboration and leadership presence.
- Create a personal well-being and growth plan integrating Transactional Analysis Psychology tools, Music interventions, and mindfulness practices.
